Using a victim-centered approach, the agency provides comprehensive crime victims’ services to all members of the community, including a 24-hour sexual assault/domestic violence hotline. Any Ulster resident who has been the innocent victim of a crime (past or present) can call or stop by our office. Assistance is available whether or not you choose to report the crime to the police. All information is kept confidential and there is no pressure to prosecute.
