The State Bar Association of North Dakota provides a Layer Referral Service. The program is intended to match clients in need of legal services, with appropriate full-priced lawyers to handle their legal problems. These lawyers are not volunteer or reduced-fee program lawyers.
Hours: Mon - Fri 9 AM to 12 PM & 1 PM to 4 PM (except holidays)
